Yamaha has unveiled its 2026 WaveRunner range, featuring three new models and a refreshed colour palette across the lineup.

The launch continues Yamaha’s approach of segmenting its personal watercraft into three categories – Cruising, Sport and Recreation.

At the top end, the new FX Limited SVHO joins the cruising segment as a flagship model. Powered by Yamaha’s 1812cc SVHO engine, it is equipped with GPS-enhanced drive control, dual auto trim modes, and a 7-inch Connext touchscreen with integrated audio, bluetooth, and security functions. It also features a cruiser three-seat configuration, multiple charging options, and expanded onboard storage.

The VX Limited HO is a new addition to the VX series, aimed at delivering a balance of performance and versatility. It is powered by a 1.9l engine and incorporates Yamaha’s RiDE technology and Reverse Assist Mode, as well as a 4.3-inch Connext display with bluetooth audio and under-seat storage.

For the recreation segment, Yamaha has introduced the JetBlaster LTD. Last year, the JetBlaster series was the most significant addition to the firm’s 2025 WaveRunner lineup. Lightweight and designed for freestyle riding, it is powered by a TR-1 high output engine and includes electric trim and performance auto trim for enhanced control. The model is distinguished by raised handlebars and Yamaha blue detailing.

Alongside the new introductions, Yamaha has refreshed colour schemes across the existing line-up. The GP series now features red and black for the GP SVHO and a black and deep purple combination for the GP HO. The FX family sees new teal, black-and-purple, red, and blue-grey finishes across its Cruiser and HO models. The VX DeLuxe also adopts a red and black colourway, while the JetBlaster PRO and DLX bring in Yamaha blue accents.
