Flite, a brand of Mercury Marine and part of Brunswick Corporation, has launched its first product ranges from the new Flitelab* brand of foil boards and accessories.
The launch, which took place yesterday (on 30 July 2025) follows the 2024 debut of the Flitelab* brand, and Brunswick’s 2023 acquisition of Australian eFoil maker Fliteboard.
The new Flitelab* line includes AMP_Boards and RAW_Boards, with foils to follow shortly after and additional products scheduled for release throughout 2025 and 2026.
“We’re excited to officially enter the rapidly growing foiling market and make our new Flitelab* products available for order,” says Nick Stickler, president of Flite. “Flitelab* features the same innovative product design, materials and patented technology that have become synonymous with Flite. The versatility of the range provides numerous ways for foilers to customise their ride in pursuit of catching the uncatchable wave.”

The Flitelab* AMP range includes AMP_Boards and the AMPJet propulsion system, designed for use in prone foiling, winging and downwinding. Mercury says the boards are built with a stiff carbon construction layup and are compatible with powered and unpowered use. At launch, AMP_Boards will be available in five sizes: 1.27m, 1.37m, 1.42m, 1.52m and 1.73m.
The AMPJet, a removable propulsion unit, is housed within a cavity in the AMP_Board and is designed to support riders across different conditions without adding drag. The AMPCell battery system is available in a 142Wh configuration, with options to adjust weight and run time using one or two batteries.
Also integrated into the AMP_Board is the LaunchPad control system, which enables riders to activate and manage the AMPJet. The LaunchPad features power control settings, rider position monitoring that disables the system when the rider is on foil or falls, and a display that provides real-time ride data via the Flite App.
The unassisted Flitelab* RAW range includes carbon layup RAW_Boards designed to transfer rider input efficiently to the foil. Their design features include a surf-oriented shape that improves paddling performance and a concave deck with raised rails for improved control and stance.
Boards in the RAW range include 1.22m, 1.27m, 1.32m and 1.37m models. Signature boards by team rider Adam Bennetts are available in the 1.22m and 1.27m sizes.

Flite also plans to release Flitelab* Foils, including the UHM Mast and Flux_Wings. The UHM mast is made from ultra-high modulus carbon fibre in a monocoque form with a thickness of 13.5mm. The integrated titanium interface system is designed for quick assembly and reduced wear. Mast sizes include 82cm and 87cm.
The Flux_Wings are mid-aspect wings intended for prone and wing foiling, with features designed for agility, rail-to-rail transitions and low-end performance. The wing design allows riders to select smaller sizes while maintaining stability. Initial sizes include the Adam Bennetts’ signature 707, 808 and 1010 wings, with additional options to follow.
Based in Byron Bay, Australia, Flite designs electric hydrofoils for recreational and performance use. The company reports that its Fliteboard products are used in more than 100 countries. Flite currently has over 330 authorised partners and operates so-called Fliteschools and offices in Australia, the Netherlands and the US.
