“This is a pivotal moment for Agilis,” says Alexander Starchenko, sales director for Agilis Jet Tenders.
The company’s announced that it’s doubled its production capacity at its German facility to take it from 1900 to 4000m2. It’s also investing in advanced manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and vacuum infusion. The idea is to optimise quality and efficiency, reduce lead times and improve the ownership experience.
Demand for premium jet tenders continues to expand, says Agilis, driven by rising demand for customisation, the shift toward emission-free propulsion, and continuous expansion in the superyacht segment over 50 metres.
The expanded facility will enable Agilis to scale production of its new electric model, the 280E. These models will join a growing range of tenders, continuing to include diesel and petrol models.

“With increased capacity, we can expand our range to include more specialised models and new propulsion systems,” says Maxym Starchenko, co-founder. “It’s an exciting step towards redefining what a luxury tender can offer.”
According to Philippa Glassbrook, MD for Grosvenor Yachts: “Few manufacturers have the capability to produce truly tailored boats for each individual customer’s requirements. Agilis has proven time and time again that they are the ‘go to’ builder of quality bespoke jet tenders; whether this is tube colour to match a mothership, upholstery to match your favourite fabrics at home, or simply a desire to have more of everything.”
The company says that yacht owners are increasingly seeking eco-friendly, customised, and high-performance solutions, which it can speak to. And, it says, its agile production model allows for continuous improvements, ensuring that any known issues are resolved immediately, something mass producers simply cannot match. Last year it announced that it could offer 32 million custom combos on one of its tenders.
This flexibility has enabled Agilis to incorporate features such as D-shaped tubes (increasing interior space and usability) which delivers a more comfortable experience on the water.
With an established global delivery and support network, Agilis is growing in key markets, including the United States, UAE, and Australia. Customers and partners are invited to experience the Agilis difference firsthand at the company’s Wiesbaden showroom, where the full range of tenders can be explored in person.
Agilis Jet Tenders has a showroom in Wiesbaden, Germany. It’s a family-owned company specialising in premium inflatable jet tenders and has multiple dealers (detailed on the company’s website).
