Exhibitor applications have opened for the Sydney International On-Water Boat Show, which is set to take in the excellently named Darling Harbour from 13-16 November 2025.
The event is expected to showcase more than 200 vessels on a purpose-built marina on Cockle Bay. There will also be an expanded onshore display which will span Palm Grove, Tumbalong Boulevard and Tumbalong Park.
The four-day event is touted as featuring a vibrant blend of marine exhibits, lifestyle showcases, food and beverage experiences, and live entertainment and is being organised by the Boating Industry Association (BIA) in collaboration with event delivery partner Mulpha Events, and supported by official event partners Walcon Marine and Ocean Media.
“More than just a boat show, this event is designed for anyone looking to upgrade their vessel, discover new marine innovations, connect with industry leaders or simply to enjoy the boating lifestyle in a spectacular setting,” says BIA president Adam Smith. “It will be one of the largest outdoor shows to have been held in the Darling Harbour precinct, spanning both land and water.
“With strong domestic and international interest expected, the 2025 edition promises significant opportunities for exhibitors and partners to build brand visibility, network with key audiences and showcase their products to a highly engaged market. We encourage those interested to get in quick before spaces sell-out.”
The show has a 56-year history. Applications can be found on the show’s website.

“Whether seasoned skippers, weekend adventurers or those simply drawn to the marine lifestyle, the Sydney International On-Water Boat Show will be the ultimate celebration of life in, on or by the water, and a fun-filled day for the whole family,” Smith says.
From 14-17 August 2025, the Sydney Boat Show will take over Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park. This all-indoor experience is said to offer a comprehensive showcase under one roof.
Then, from 13-16 November 2025, the Sydney International On-Water Boat Show is at Cockle Bay, Darling Harbour.
